Each Spring the Congressional Arts Caucus coordinates An Artistic Discovery, an art competition crafted for high school students from across the country. As your U.S. Representative, I am proud to sponsor the Congressional District Art Competition for the Fourth District of Kentucky.
The competition was established in 1982 to recognize and encourage the artistic talent of students across the nation, as well as in each Congressional District. Since the Congressional Art Competition began, more than 650,000 students have participated.
